Clarke is newly retired from law enforcement and trading in his badge for a BBQ brush! Years ago, after being diagnosed with diabetes, he created his own Alabama white sauce in search of something low in sugar but still full of flavor. The result? With Alana backing him every step of the way (and maybe sneaking a few extra taste tests 👀), the two decided it was time to turn this passion into a flavor-filled adventure. 💪🏼❤️
