Hoagy Lucky Green Chicken & Potato Skillet
A creamy, savory skillet dish with golden potatoes, juicy chicken, and a bright green herb finish — all kicked up with Hurricane Hoagy Sauce.
Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken breasts, diced into bite-sized pieces
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup Hurricane Hoagy Original Sauce
¼ cup cream cheese
1 cup fresh spinach
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp chopped green onions
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: shredded white cheddar
Directions:
~ Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook about 10–12 minutes until golden and tender.
~ Push potatoes to one side of the skillet and add diced chicken. Cook until browned and cooked through.
~ Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
~ Stir in Hurricane Hoagy Sauce and cream cheese. Mix everything together until the sauce coats the chicken and potatoes.
~ Stir in spinach until wilted, then top with parsley and green onions.
~ Optional: sprinkle white cheddar on top and let it melt.
