Loaded Hoagy Sidewinder Fries
These crispy, seasoned Sidewinder fries are piled high with melty cheese, smoky bacon, and finished with a generous drizzle of Hurricane Hoagy Sauce. They're the perfect appetizer, game-day snack, or indulgent side dish!
Ingredients:
1 (28–32 oz.) bag frozen Sidewinder fries
2 cups shredded cheddar-jack cheese
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup diced green onions
¼ cup diced tomatoes
¼ cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
½ cup Hurricane Hoagy Sauce (Original or Fire)
Sour cream (optional)
Fresh chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven or air fryer according to the Sidewinder fries package directions.
2. Cook the fries until they're extra crispy.
3. Spread the hot fries onto a large oven-safe platter or baking sheet.
4. Sprinkle evenly with the shredded cheese and bacon.
5. Return to the oven for 3–5 minutes, just until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Remove from the oven and top with:
Diced tomatoes
Green onions
Jalapeños (if using)
Finish with a generous drizzle of Hurricane Hoagy Sauce and a dollop of sour cream
Serve immediately while hot!
